So a lot of people who are they’re struggling to grow a youtube channel or haven’t started one quite yet don’t understand the massive impact on what jumping on trends or capitalizing on niches that are popping off can do to go viral on youtube.

In a matter of weeks, i know because after dabbling with several different niches on my main account and even on this one, i’ve learned the power of what creating content that a mass amount of people are searching can do to grow your channel.

So today, we’re going to cover the top 20 fastest growing channel niches on youtube and just on the internet in general, but really specifically for youtubers. So these categories – i didn’t just randomly – make up a list in my head.

My husband doug, who also runs this channel with me, did seo for six years, so he did his due diligence and researching what people are actually searching on youtube and, honestly, even when i searched these niches after he gave me the list, it’s obviously apparent because you Can find channels on youtube that have like 100 subscribers, but all of their videos are popping off week after week after week, and i will show you guys proof, but before we get into it, my name is haley.

I run this channel with my husband doug and we basically teach content creators or influencers how to go viral, how to grow their online presence and also how to turn their online presence into an actual business so subscribe down below and let’s get into it.

So the very first niche that we’re going to cover is something that is absolutely blowing up on youtube, but not only on youtube and i’ve also seen a huge uptick in people creating content and going viral on tick tock as well.

So, if you’re looking to capitalize on multiple platforms, this will also be a bonus niche for you. So this first one is how to get or land a high-paying job. So there’s like a million different ways.

You could go about niching down within this niche. I know some of you guys are gonna count how many times i say the word niche in this video, like my last one, that i did and blew up with, but anyways so career tips.

So this could be you teaching people how to write a resume. How to get a higher paying job, how to land a job after college, how to get a raise in their job, but anything to do with like being a career corporate worker? That is absolutely going viral and i’ll show.

You guys examples throughout this video on the screen, so the second one is about feminine energy or how to attract a mate. Something that’s really popping off nowadays is like the energetics of i don’t know, having like an abundant lifestyle manifestation, which is another one down.

The line, but this one is specific in the fact that a lot of people are popping off by talking about not just how to get like a partner for life or how to attract a husband or wife how to get into a relationship.

It’S more about how to tap into your feminine energy and attract people effortlessly to you, because of that, so that is the second one. The third one has to do with being on the mediterranean diet. So we all know, especially in my last video, that i did you know at the time i did that video like three years ago, keto was like super popping off nowadays, i feel like the fad and the trends of ketos kind of like died off, and it’s Replaced at least with what i can see with the mediterranean diet.

So that is something where i guess. I have no idea, i’m from america, so i don’t know about this, but basically i think it’s like a diet in greece that a lot of people eat a lot of olive oil and a lot of like nuts and chicken – and i don’t know lots of fresh Fruits and vegetables – don’t quote me, i don’t know for sure, but people are doing accounts like how to lose weight through the mediterranean diet and is absolutely killing it really quickly before we get into the next one.

Four is no surprise after what happened in 2020, which i don’t want to say publicly on the channel, because i might get flagged just kidding sort of um, but it is homesteading.

So after the whole pandemic happened, a lot of people wanted to obviously make their own. Like food, because they had no choice, i mean you couldn’t find bread on the store shelves anywhere. At least i couldn’t in california.

So a lot of people started to make their own sourdough bread. They started making things from scratch, and people just nowadays really want to be more sustainable, so they can rely on themselves, which i think is so interesting, and so a lot of people are creating their own homestead.

So, even if you don’t live on a farm, i certainly don’t. Even if you live in like a new york city or like an urban area, people are doing accounts on like urban gardening. I mean there’s a lot of different ways.

You could go about niching down in this one um, but yeah doing some type of like homesteading account where you show people either how to milk, your cow, if you have one or if you don’t how to make things from scratch, 100 homemade from scratch or canning Or basically, just how to live like a more sustainable, self-sufficient lifestyle.

People are loving it, so the fifth one is something that i feel like is just some weird coin phrase. I love the idea of it. It’S something i already do to try and be healthy, but it is intuitive eating.

So some people would call this a diet, but the intuitive eaters out there that are like really strong in what they believe. They don’t think. It’S a diet. It’S like anti-diet, almost um. So it’s basically where you teach people how to listen to your bodies.

I guess hunger cues and eat less or eat until you’re, full or just below being full. So that is super popularized, especially because it’s something that is very trending in, like the japanese culture.

So, depending on where you live, you can definitely capitalize on that trend. So the sixth one is no surprise at all, especially since, like the pandemic and that whole thing happening, but that is homeschooling so nowadays a lot of people want to homeschool.

We are trying to homeschool our kids and i never in a million years thought that i would be a homeschool mom. Ever i went to public school and private school, my whole entire life, so yeah, i was always schooled by teachers, but ever since you know, kids were forced to do certain things in schools.

People do not like that and they want to bring their kids home and have full control over their kids, so homeschooling is definitely on the rise. I actually coached several students that have literally grown on instagram, specifically, but also youtube accounts from zero to like 12 000 followers, which is pretty good in a matter of like two months.

You guys, but nowadays there’s just not enough resources or honestly just information online for the different types of homeschooling ideas out there. So there’s like unschooling, where you kind of like sort of let your kids do whatever you, whatever they want, but like it’s more self-directed, there’s also different curriculums.

You can capitalize on like charlotte mason’s style of homeschooling, and i mean so many different things. So there’s a million different ways to niche down with that one. But homeschooling is a big one, so the seventh one i sort of already mentioned, but it has to do with the mindset of money, money mindset, abundance, mentality or honestly like money manifestation.

So, regardless of whether you like it or not, this niche has been popping off for like really the last two years, but it still continues to be on the rise. So many people nowadays are understanding that how they believe like what they’re worthy of and what they believe to be possible for them.

Money-Wise is going to be in direct correlation to how much money they earn, but i find it all very interesting, so yeah abundance mentality attracting money, money manifestation is number seven. So the eighth one is obviously no surprise.

When i saw on the list. I was like that is strange, but then i started looking it up and i’m like whoa. This is where i found accounts that were popping off and blowing up all across different social media platforms, and that is anxiety and mental health.

So i don’t know about you guys, i’m a 90s child and back when i was a kid. Nobody talked about mental health, anxiety, depression. It was taboo. There wasn’t a lot of talk about like protecting and preserving your mental health and making it a priority.

Honestly growing up, nobody even wanted to tell one another about like the fact that they went to go, see a therapist. It was like kind of frowned upon. I don’t know about you guys. Let me know um, but nowadays being really like aware of how you’re doing mentally is so important for happiness and just like fulfillment of life, you know so.

Yeah people definitely need help, obviously with mental health nowadays, and i find that there is a low supply of people actually talking and pinpointing specific issues within mental health like anxiety or ptsd from being in the military things like that, so you can niche down in one Of those ways or depression suicide um, i have students across the board dealing with certain things within like the realm or the range of mental health.

So i have one student that she sells programs on going through your sober journey. Another student he’s a dude and he teaches other dudes or i guess, females, but mainly dudes how to assimilate back into society after going through like being in the military going through war.

So that is sort of like within the range of mental health. But it’s something that not a lot of people are creating content on, but there’s obviously a big demand. So number nine is sustainable fashion or honestly, like thrifting.

So i’m sure you guys have seen it depends on what you search, obviously on the internet. But if you were into thrifting or finding and repurposing and remaking, either like furniture, but even if it’s not furniture, you could also do like fashion or things like that.

That is super highly searched, because nowadays people want to be more eco-friendly. They don’t want to just buy things that are mass-produced, so there’s a whole niche of people that are interested in that, so this next one i actually did put in my other video when i did this like two years ago, and what the fastest growing niches were In that one, so you guys can watch that video.

If you want even more ideas, this one is in the same, but i found that it’s still really on the rise, so this is plant-based weight loss. So it’s not just like what i eat to be plant-based. It’S actually people who coach other people how to lose weight by becoming plant-based eaters or whatever you want to call it.

So that is something that is absolutely popping off, because people want different methods of weight loss and they want to do it in the healthiest way. So the 11th one i kind of laughed at because my husband could care less about this in his life, but it is skin care for men, so yeah.

You could imagine that there is like hundreds and thousands of skin care topics and beauty kind of content for women, but there’s a very low supply for men, so skin care for men is something that people are highly searching, so the 12th one has to do with Vr or virtual reality, gaming, i’m not really going to touch on the topic of gaming because, to be honest, i’m not super knowledgeable about it and it is the most competitive niche.

I should do a video on most competitive niches or niches. You shouldn’t do now. I’M not really like serious if you want to do gaming do gaming, but i would try and personally capitalize on something that has a really high demand, but a low supply of videos on like virtual reality.

Gaming, a lot of people are really into it. My husband just bought, i can’t believe it, but he just bought like a vr racing simulator, and he says that on these channels and he’s actually obviously interested in this hobby, there’s only a couple channels and the videos on the channels have a huge amount of views Compared to when the channel was started, so that is a great niche to get into if you’re interested in gaming and if you want to niche down slightly so the 13th one.

I also put, i think in my last video that i did years ago about the fastest growing niches then, but it is make money online. So, regardless of whether you’re into this and it’s something that you want to do, you should look into it because, as you can imagine ever since the pandemic happened, there’s been a mass amount of people that are working from home and years later, they’re now having to Go back to work at an actual office.

People don’t want it. So if you know anything about the great resignation, i did a whole video on it, which i’ll link here and basically a ton of people are quitting their job. So they want to make money online.

So the 14th niche is parenting and before you’re like well haley, that is like super oversaturated. There’S a ton of content on that. That is really, in my opinion, more of like a category because it is so broad.

You can’t obviously teach people how to parent, but you want to niche down in these different ways, so nowadays based off of trends and what i’ve seen there are new ways to parent that we’re really not talked about like even three or five years ago, like gentle Parenting attachment parenting parenting with a nature focus.

I mean, if you guys, have seen the account. If you are a parent, it’s called a thousand hours outside i’ll link it on instagram, it’s also applicable to youtube too, but she teaches people the reasoning behind having your kids outside every day for a minimum of three hours so, depending on what your beliefs are with Parenting and how you parent your children, that is how you can niche down so the 15th one is how to read labels, so this is so huge nowadays people i feel like even myself.

If i’m honest, i never really understood about reading. I know it’s terrible, but reading the back of a label on like my food, so this can obviously be like food or beauty items living a non-toxic lifestyle by understanding the foods that you’re ingesting and putting on your body is super super trending right now, just because People are more informed because of the internet, so there’s accounts.

I follow one guy. I think his name is bobby i’ll put it here he’s on instagram, but it’s still super huge on youtube. He basically teaches you to go in the grocery store and read the back of the labels.

If it has certain things that you can’t pronounce on the labels, put it back and get something that is all natural, so eating all natural or doing like all natural beauty. That is super popular now. The 16th one is very, very niche okay.

So if you’re not doing this in your life – which i am not either, don’t click away wait for the next one, but i still want to mention it even though it’s probably only going to apply to a small percentage of you guys, because it is a huge Potential to go viral like seriously huge, so this is kind of a weird one but bear with me, but it’s basically, the small shop niche so you’re like what the heck is that so there are people that run etsy accounts or hand, make like items and sell Them online um, they do like shopify or they again they sell them like amazon, handmade or etsy, and they will show behind the scenes of packaging.

Their items or people out there have like sticker shops and they’ll show themselves like hustling and they’ll show. Just honestly, the behind the scenes of what a small shop life is, and they go massively viral it’s very inspiring to people, especially people that work from home or have a traditional job and want to escape that showing behind the scenes of your own business is super Popular so the 17th one is so weird, but i literally follow several different grandmas.

I know you’re like what the heck um on youtube, because it’s so interesting, at least for me to hear from older people and the advice and the mistakes and the like. I don’t know like the things that they wish.

They did differently from sometimes like 60, 70 or 80 years of experience that they’ve lived. So this would be like the grandma or grandpa niche. It is absolutely popping off on youtube, even instagram, definitely obviously tick tock.

So this is where either grandma’s or their grandchildren create content alongside them, or even if they’re, not even present in the video, like the grandchild, will take their wisdom and impart it to people on youtube um.

So this could be something like you know how to find your passion regrets with parenting or advice from being married over like 50 years. Things like that people love that so the 18th one is collecting.

So there’s a lot of hobbyists out there, my husband’s one of them. He collects keycaps and model kits and, like i don’t know, car parks in my opinion, which he wish he didn’t, but there’s a huge group of people that are interested in different things they collect.

I guess that would be like a hobbyist, but this niche is specifically for people that collect things so things like antiques pokemon cards. You can imagine i didn’t put that on the list, but that is like a whole popularized niche in itself.

Obviously vintage decor. It could be like if you just collect uh vintage cups. If you collect all things 80s, you could have a whole channel just doing hauls about that. So that is a very popular niche.

The 19th one is minimalism, so minimalism has been around for a long time, but there’s different ways that you cannot a long time, but maybe like the last three years, it’s really popped off, but there are different ways you can submit.

So i’ve had a student that actually she did minimalism, but she did a spin on it. So she taught people how to become debt-free through being a minimalist there’s other people that teach like hoarders how to minimalize their stuff and get control of their life.

There’S also mothers out there. I know that i have a few students that do that they basically teach other parents or specifically mothers, how to become a minimalist um just so they can get a grip on managing multiple children within their home, which is honestly smart.

I should do that, but minimalism in general is a great niche to get into so the 20th one is obviously super important that is buying a home in today’s market. So a lot of people, even if you’re, not a realtor, but you have own you own, a home.

You went through the whole home buying process. You know things that, i probably don’t know right so like how to search and what to look for and how to book a home inspection and how to save up. You could have a whole channel about how like different ways you can save up to buy your first home and obviously all things to do with finances so buying a home is a great one.
